One day, I managed to stumbled upon Xiaxue's Instagram, she posted a photo on this lobster's dish and it looks exactly like the famous London's Burgers and Lobsters! For a second, I thought that they have expanded to Singapore! Then I happen to snoop in further on the restaurant name, location and also the menu! Apparently it was a new restaurant serving and specialized in whole live lobsters called Pince & Pints

Immediately, I got so excited and went to annoy the boyfriend to bring me to savour on all the Lobsters. What caught my attention was the Fried Mantaus that serves with the Chili Lobsters! OMG *Drolls* I am a big fan of Singapore's Chili Crab, and my cravings for it will never ever die! This is truly something new to die for because instead of the Crab, they use them LOBSTERS! I.CANNOT.

So, the boy finally decided to bring me to fixed my cravings! *Yayyyy* We were there early and there wasn't any queue, hence we got a table within seconds!

Pince & Pints only offered three types of lobster dishes on their menu namely Live Whole Lobster, The Lobster Roll and Chili Lobster. So you may pick a wild guess on what I have ordered.... Yes! As seen on Xiaxue's instagram photo, ordering the Live Whole Lobster is a must and of course the Chili Lobster! To quench our thirst, I've ordered the Mint Lime Cooler, something refreshing to pair it with my lobsters, and being all so Sarawakian the boy ordered his hometown famous pineapples- Sarikei Sour.

Are you hungry???

My favourite was the Chili Lobster! The meat was fresh and juicy and the Chili gravy goes really well with the meat. Dipping the Mantau with the gravy was a BONUS! I absolutely enjoy this dish very much as for the very first time, all the lobster and a whole pot of gravy are all mine! At the end of the day, if you still left some of the gravy, and if you're like me, thinking that the gravy would be a waste, then afraid not, you can add on additional Mantaus to dips! Yes. Just the Mantaus!

Exactly like the London's Burgers & Lobsters, the Live Whole Lobster is served with Chef's Salad, Straight Cut Fries and also the Herbed Butter Sauce for dips. You also have a choice to choose on whether to Grill or Steam your lobster. If you like your lobster's meat fresh, spongy and yet brings some sweetness in the flesh, then go for the steam. But if you like it burned with a bit of flammery touch then go for the grill! Your choice.

I WAS A HAPPY GIRL THEN
Can't wait to go back to try on the Lobster Roll and also I miss my Chili Lobster :D. All their lobster dishes are priced at $58++ SGD. Get the details as below:
